Alright here is the deal...I have had symptoms for many years, and although docs have thought that it was arthritis I have never recieved a proper diagnosis. I also have crohn's disease so arthritis can be related to it, and is referred to crohn's related to arthritis or something. My symptoms are as follows: Oh I am a 23 yr old female
1. achey pain on the outside of my knees especially at the end of the day, or when I am being active.
2. achey pain on the outside of my hips especially at the end of the day, or when I am being active.
3. I am in college so I obviously write a lot of notes, and it takes no time until my fingers and wrists are aching.
4. General fatigue and overall feeling of joint instability or being tired
I have noticed that since I have had surgery removing the diseased part of my intestines that my symptoms haven't been as noticeable, but I think that this could also be because I am laying around, on pain meds, and not very active.
When I did see a rheumatologist he literally had me get into a gown, felt a few joints, and said nope not arthritis. What else could it possibly be? Not that I want arthritis or my joints to be eating themselves away, but I just want a little bit of help, and a reason for this pain. Any help would be glorious!
