Any Ideas?

Hi everyone.  I haven't posted in a long time.  I have been a member of this forum for quite a while though.  I am having a new issue and I don't think it is related to Crohn's Disease or Rheumatoid Arthritis. I don't know where else to look.  I have researched some on the internet but am not finding too much info.   I am often experienceing constant goose bumps.  This mostly happens at night.  They will just come and go every couple minutes and are mostly throughout my arms and legs.  It seems like it may be something neurological.  I also have RA or joint inflammation due to CD.  I have never experienced this before.  I have been in a flare lately with the CD and RA.  It seems different though b/c my pain is mostly only on my left side with a lot of numbness.  Any ideas?  I'm posting this on the RA and CD forums.  Thanks.
