Thanks, Joan M. I have at least 3 conditions (and might even have 4)...What happened to me was, I had an awful drug reaction so I was crippled for months. Once I could walk a bit again, two specialists told me that I needed to train my body every day to walk again and move as much as possible. So, I walked every day (30 minutes, once or twice each day). I also swam every day. I really worked hard to move so that I wouldn't be stiff anymore...One day, I also jogged in place (like a grannie, without moving my legs in full motion, but as much as I could do), I wasn't wearing any shoes nor socks! So, not having the proper support, plus going from crippled to exercising every day, damaged my feet terribly (much more my left foot)...
I have lately been diagnosed with tendinitis (achilles -- although that has already gotten better so this was the easier diagnosis), plantar fascitis, AND metatarsalgia...The worst of the 3 for me is metatarsalgia. It is so bad that feel like my toes are going to dislocate and this condition IS a predislocation syndrome for some!! ALSO, since it has escalated to feeling constant burning, I probably ALSO have morton's neuroma!!
I have since bought tape and taped up my left foot, AND it's the ONLY way that I can walk at all!
