Getting Charlie Horses What Pain!!!!

Just wanted to know if any one else who has Psoratic Arthritis or any other Arthritis ever gets Charlie Horses in their Legs It's soo painful the last time I got a Charlie Horse that I remember I was Pregnant. I am also taking Remicade Infussions and Methotrexate and Prednisone. Thanks PR Glo

PR try eating some bananas for some additional potassium. It helps me w/charley horses. I get them on my upper leg and in the thigh area. You haven't lived till ya get one on your inner thigh,lol. That pain I can't describe. Susie

PR I had charlie horses for years and couldnt figure it out..My potassium was always normal..Than they found I had vit d deficientcy..After being on supplement of vitd and calcium my levels our normal and the charlie horses went bye bye...thank goodness..so, do they ever check vit d levels? nutt
