My instructor, Margaret is way up there with knowing the ins and outs of Deep Water.
Here is a list of her things your should keep in mind to get the best:
Don't push yourself, stop if there is pain(we know to ignore this other wise we would do nothing, hee hee)
Do it slow to start and build up speed over the weeks
Start with 20min, 3x week and increase to 45mins
Never point your toes(as they do in the video) to avoid cramps
Think of posture all the time- Hips forward, shoulders back, stomach to the backbone, buttocks tight, pelvic floor up tight(oops that's gone)
