Hi im moving out to canada for a year in january and am looking for a rheumatoid arthritis doctor whilst im living in toronto.

Im wondering if anyone can offer me some recomendations on finding a good doctor?

I live in Ontario,Canada. But I am not too close to Toronto.  My rhuemy is in Peterborough.

Are you moving to be near family or friends? Maybe they could do some research for you before you make the move?Maybe they could ask their familly doctor on behalf of you whom would be a good rhuemy to suggest to you?

Thankyou for your reply, it will just be myself and my boyfriend in canada, unfortunatly im needing to find a doctor before moving out to canada as well, but so far im not having much luck getting anywhere, thanks for the suggestions though

I too, live in Peterborough ON (small world!!) but I travel to Toronto to see my Rheumatologist as I was not satisfied with the ones in my city. The one I see is Sunnybrook Women's Health Sciences Center (it's on Bayview Ave). There's a whole group of them in there that are absolutely fantastic... I couldn't be happier with my care as I am now in remission. Best of luck to you.
