So, anyway I have been on celebrex 200mg for just under 2 years now and my Nana has got in my ear saying bad things about them, saying they cause cardiovascular problems and all that stuff, I am pretty much the typical Australian and my response was "she be right".
I have read abit about it celebrex on the internet and even the company says this also, I have decided to switch medications at the end of the year and abit unsure on what I will suggest to my rheumy, does anyone have any suggestions to any medications that have quite a successful history?
As you know celebrex is an anti infam and I am lucky enough to only need 1 every 3 days, I am guessing my spine is starting to fuse as the pain has been gradually disappearing and I no longer need the meds everyday like I did at first.
I have noticed my chest has been getting alot tighter and I really need to start exercising more to keep my lung capacity flexible, I do exercise everyday except for weekends, and they aren't 30 minute vigorous exercises, only merely walking to the station to go to tafe, which is about 15 minutes walk with some hill climbs.
If anyone has any suggestions of any medication, I will greatly consider it and suggest these to my rheumy, I had been to hospital from having blood out my rear which was caused by Gastritis - caused from the Anti Inflams.
Ok, I'm just rambling now, any opinions are appreciated, thanks.
