Anyone get sores in the nose?

Hi just joined today,
I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I get sores in my nostrils regularly along with mouth ulcers and abscess (just lost two back teeth to them), I also get a really itchy scalp before most of my hair falls out. Thought it was the immuno suppressants. Ive had cat scans, mri scans, x-rays, ultra sound and surgery (to remove lymph nodes). Now my kidneys are damaged. Just been looking at the lupus forum and got more answers there than from my rheumatologist. Take a look then ask for a test.
