I am finally seeing improvement :)

I just wanted to let you all know that I am finally beginning to see improvement. I've been house bound for so long now I was beginning to think I would never come out of this flare but I think I finally am.

My knees are improving finally as well as my hands and feet :)

My doctor put me on orencia a few weeks back and I have noticed small improvements each week. I am not out of the woods but I can walk now without wincing every step and that is a huge improvement. It could also be he mtx as well I am just coming up on 6 months on it.

I am also experiencing great relief with Orencia. I started taking it in July '13. I was told that it could take up to 5/6 months to feel the full effect. I experienced relief from the second month onwards but it did take 5 months to be able to forget about RA more often than not. You will most likely have even more improvements to look forward to in the future.

Welcome back to the world outside your door. Isn't it great to feel semi normal again? You forget what it was like when you are immobilised with pain and exhaustion don't you?
