Pain is awful this time

O my goodness I am having such a flare this time. I have had really bad fatigue but that has gotten better since I stayed outta work and in bed for three full days. But the pain has took over now. My goodness I haven't hurt like this in years. I have an appt with rheumy Thursday. Thank goodness I am sure prednisone will be increased and that is just fine if it gets me thru this. Hoping that orencia is not trying to quit working. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. Thank you all for letting me whine. Love to all

I'm sorry you're in so much pain.

This is the place to whine. We all understand what you're going through. I hope you feel better soon. And thank goodness for prednisone, the drug we love to hate. :(

Well thanks so much to you all for making me feel better for whinning....lol  I went to my rheumy and he said that the orencia had stopped working for me.  So Im jacked up on prednisone again but thankfully I am much better... even tho its temporary I am better.  I am hurting today as my prednisone dose pack is tapering down. I just hope that I don't have to go back and get more.... I am to use my regular dosage which is 5mg. that I take everyday when I run out of the dose pack.  I also got hit with a pretty hefty shot of steroids as well.   My rheumy says we will try infusion next to see. This is my 3rd try on injections and they all fail after about a year.      He said he was going to try me on a drug called rutuxin? I may have that wrong.  We will see.  here is hoping that you all are having a better day!....   thanks again for letting me vent.

thank you so much Carole.... right now the prednisone is making my heart flutter and I hate that feeling.... but at least its doing its job
