You can't always rely on the bloodwork, as bloodwork. Can vary from day to day..However, some of the lupus medications are also used for RA, make sure to get a list of questions ready for your doctor and one might be which form of RA you have, but he might say its all treated pretty much the same, usually mtx and other dmards...
Medical science is sometimes guess work. They do the best they can with matching your symptoms and sometimes we don't present as typical...
