is it just me or do others have problems with Dry Flaky Scalp like dandruff but different ?
I had itchy head & Hubby scratched it and told me -my head was coming off.

I've got that. Drives me nuts!

I'm using Denerex Shampoo to calm it down and occasionally pure witch hazel solution. The witch hazel stings for a moment but really helps when you want to claw your scalp bloody.

The other day I threatened to shave my head so I could rub anti-itch cream all over my scalp. I pour witch hazel on my head in desperation and the itching stopped.

I do have some sores that are slow to heal. I keep picking at them. (Shaking my finger at myself )

I also have the samething along with the sores that itch ...then I pick at the scaps till I bleed.. smhair It's never ending...I use WEN shampoo and try to only wash my hair once or twice a week thinking that would help. My hair is down to the middle of my back so I keep a lot of the Wen in my hair afterward for moisture. Also doctor gave me a bottle of a drying med to put on the sores. It helped but they keep coming back in the same place afterward. nono It's just goes with this disease or the meds,what can ya do? idea
