My spouse is newly diagnosed... trying to figure out if there are food triggers. What are your food triggers?

I've been gluten free for 10 years since I've been diagnosed. My RA is in every joint of my body. It was completely unbearable until I changed my diet. Annoying at first, but totally worth your quality of life.

Soda seems to cause swelling for me. Otherwise stress will set me off.

I just found this, I know it's older but wheat definitely and MSG...... I am also sensitive to sunlight. These all can cause a flare.

No food, that I'm aware of, but definitely stress. Since menopause onset my stomach bloats from milk products. Darn..I do love ice cream.

Corn or corn products. They always cause me to have more inflammation and I avoid them at all costs now.
Stress as well for me. If I feel a lot of pressure for pretty much any reason I don't generally handle it well.
