Is it my imagination or do you get tissue swelling as well as joint during a flare?

Hi Weary Yes for sure you get Tissue swelling RA attacks the Whole Body (gosh aren't we lucky )
I find my hands go shiny and puffy

I find it in my thighs and knees
knees I understand...but thighs?

Hello: I agree, I see the skin on hands, between knuckle joints, swell up.

My shoulders feel very swollen; not just the joint.
