How do Singles Cope with RA or Psoriatic Arthritis

How do other singles cope with flare ups from RA or Psoriatic Arthritis? I get so fatigued, have flu-like symptoms and can barely get out of bed and can't drive.

Do you have a designated "go to" person who will get your prescriptions, throw the trash out and help with other daily necessities?

I'm not aware of any pharmacy delivery service. I guess I could ask a neighbor. I'm not good at asking for help. I have a woman who cleans for me some times and I'm thinking of asking her for help next time also - she would be paid.
