Savvy, I too, have peed in my sleep, but it was just a small amount. But no matter what amount it does upset you. I am 53 years old and I weas more pads now, that I ever did when I had periods.
I noticed you have muscle spasms too. Thank GOD someone else does! I don't mean light of it, but I can't get anyone to understaand about the spasms. I get them mainly in my ribs. They started after I had the Nissan Wrap surgery for my GERD/Acid Reflux. The muscle will actually rise up and you can see it happen. one dr. says just do some strenghting exercises and hold your arm ouver your head. Wellm darn, it isn't him having the spasms!!! I can't take any of the statins becasue they give me EXTREME muscle spasms in my legs. When I get the ones in my rib area you are parlizied (sp) with pain and can't move until the spasm lets go. Does your dr. have any suggestions of how to prevent the spasms or how to treat them?
Now I am facing more stress fractures. I know I have another in my left foot. They did a CT scan on my back Christmas Day and no fractures in my lower back. He did more x-rays today, no fracture in my lower back. He just repaired T-12 o the 20th of Dec. My pain stays at a 9--10 and even the new 50 MG fentayl patch is not helping. He is going to do a radio frequency albationn on the 17th. But I can't find out any information about the procedure other than for hearts.
Did't mean to write a book, but needed to vent, I guess. The last 3 weeks have been an almost hell. Then on top of everything, my mom is facing another back surgery in the morning. She had surgery about 3 months ago and did excellent, but now she has ruptured another disk and she can't walk and is in terrible pain. They got to see the nerousurgeon today and he sent her straight to the hospital for surgery. When it rains it pours.
Time to go back to bed and hope to get some comfortable position and get some sleep. I hope all of everyone's pain goes away soon. I pray for that for all of us. J:)
