I can stand needles, getting shots, IV's, as long as I'm not watching! Thank God for the sureclick! I just closed my eyes, pushed the button, and it was done! Did my first injection last night.. feeling pretty tired today - not sure if its the enbrel or my loss in appetite over the past week.

The SureClick is pretty cool. I like the fact that once you push the button, there is no turning back. With the old shots, I used to have problems ocassionally even piercing the skin. Then I would stop mid-shot because of the burn and the shot took forever.

Is it possible to feel relief two days after taking the shot?
Yesterday, day 1, I was tired as hell all day... I could barely get off my couch.
Today I'm not as tired, and my body is definitely not as stiff as it normally is in the mornings!

I noticed a difference within a day also of taking my first Enbrel injection... I couldn't believe it either.. I thought, it was all in my head, but it kept getting better and better.. :) Good luck to you
