I'd be more concerned about the knees. My knees started to crackle years ago and I never went to have them checked. Now it's bone rubbing against bone and will probably have to have surgery. At that time I was concerned about my heel spurs, which were very painful and was prescribed orthotic inserts for my shoes. They didn't work , finally they came up with a simple way to relieve the pain by cutting some of the ligaments on my heel. Now it's the other heal , bunions and hammer toe. I will be seeing another podiatrist on Monday to see what he advises. My other podiatrist has retired, he was really good. You'r probably going to need an injection of (I think it's called snoviyal fluid). on your toes. good luck june
Thanks, I might ask about
an injection.
On a separate point, does anyone know about Turf Toe? I found it while doing some research into my problem online.
