AS & Seasonal allergies

does anyone else have more pain or stiffness when seasonal allergies roll around?

my seasonal allergies seem to be flaring up my AS. all my fingers toes, knees and neck all feel stiff/ sore like their freezing cold, but not actually cold. its slowly driving me nuts. i take zyrtex for the allegies but its not entirely affective. any suggestions?

Hi I'm new and I have been diagnosed with AS about 5 years and every year I go through seasonal changes with climate and weather, when It is cold I feel much colder and often where the skin is thinner or at the outer extremities of my body. When spring comes around I also go through alergic reactions and sometimes the simplist things are the best to treat with as with me I take so many medications that to introduce more into my system feels as though I am overloading my body. I suggest just take panadol and rest in those worst periods works wonders and taking antihistamins when needed is OK you would not think that a simple panadol would work as we take strong pain killers but all drugs have different jobs to perform and the same with seasonal changes warm or temparate baths do help or alter your clothing from thick bottoms to light tops and vice verser. hope this helps.
