I have horrible joint pain, and my doc says there is nothing wrong with me. I have had a bone scan which showed increased uptake in the SI joints, talus bone, and middle foot and in the knees. And these are my CRP levels since Nov. '07
Nov '07 .453 mg/dL
Nov '08 .802 mg/dL
Mar '09 1.1 mg/dL
I have swelling of my ankles and fingers and am stiff in the morning for at least an hour. There are other symptoms, but I dont want to bore you.
I have been to 2 rheumys and 1 GP. All say there is nothing wrong and I just have fibromyalgia.
Where do I draw the line and just give up and say the docs are right? I just cant believe that with all the pain and stiffness its just fibro.
Are the CRP rises significant? Or are the increases just normal? My doc says any1 my age (35) would have the same issues I do. I just find that hard to believe.
