Yeast & Humira

Is anyone getting yeast infections due to being on Humira? I also take MTX and when I was on prednisone I was getting them (never did before) After I stopped the pred so did the yeast infections. Now I started Humira a couple months ago and I got one.

Any natural suggestions or relief suggestions until I can get my doctor to call in a prescrip?

Sideeffects of humira???

Humira seems to be really helping my pain and inflamation. HURRAY..

however, I am curious if any one has sorethroat and swallowing pain. as side effect? After my first shot I had a ear infecitn and sore throat and similar pain. I was put on antibiotcs and had to wait an extra week before was cleared to go back on humira. I had my second shot and once agian have sore throat pain. My tongue actually feels swollen/sore as well.

Not sure if Humira can also effect menstrual cycles? I am perimenopausal so my cycles are very irregular anyway. But since starting HUmira I have been having an "extended" period much longer than my norm. am I just paranoid to think either of these issues are related to humira'?

I hope it is not related.. as The RA RELIEF I am experiencing is MOST WELCOME!!
