RA and blood clots

Hi everyone- I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was common for people with RA to get blood clots? I can't seem to find any information which leads me to believe it is not common. Im worried my Rheumy is going to change my diagnosis and the blood clot is a symptom.

Have to heard anything else about your blood clots? My dad is in the hospital for blood clots and he has RA and they don't know why he is clotting.

I hope you are feeling better and so young for those symptoms and disease.
