Anyone use a Canadian pharmacy? Good or bad results? What pharmacy?

I am from Canada....I go to Shopper's Drugmart.  I am not sure what you are looking for with your question.  I live in a small community and our pharmacist is very good at explaining our meds and suggesting things like "be sure to eat with this one", and sounding like they genuinely care.

There is also a Rexall drugstore in the same town as the shoppers I go to.  My inlaws go to that one, and seem to be happy with their quality of service.

Maybe you could explain a bit better what you are trying to find out with your inquiries?

I am in the US where drugs are overpriced. I am looking for a reputable Canadian online pharmacy. I need a Parkinsons medication, Azilect. I have to pay the full price......$825/90 days. It must be less expensive in Canada

I have never done any online ordering of meds. I am sorry but I cannot help you about online prices or even price for that med in a store. hopefully someone who does order online meds will come along very soon to help you figure it out.

I buy my meds from up north, eh. I could not be happier with Canadian meds.

Start with pharmacychecker.com and find who has the meds you need for the cheapest price.

Then go visit the pharmacy's website. Find out their physical location and get their Canadian pharmacy license number. It might be easy to find, or it might prove a challenge.

Once you know the province in which they are located, go to the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities website, and go to the specific provincial regulatory authority.

Each province regulates the pharmacies within the province, and I know that British Columbia and Manitoba have the info available online. I suspect they all do, but you can also always call them.

Let's use me as an example to provide more specifics. I take Asacol for UC.

At the moment, BigMountainDrugs.com has it the cheapest at 54¢ a pill. Their address and license are easy to find.

I’ve purchased prescription medications from several different CIPA-certified Canadian pharmacies. They each have their good points and their bad points. If someone you trust is happy with a particular certified pharmacy see if the meds you need are available and what they cost. Then pick a couple other certified pharmacies to compare, and if their prices aren’t that much different, just use the same pharmacy as your friend/family member. Sometimes some things in life can be that easy.
