Took my first Simponi injection!

I took it yesterday afternoon, went to bed without taking any advil, and woke up ALMOST pain free!!! I can't believe it! I didn't expect it to work that quickly. I actually got up out of bed today without crippling pain in my knees and ankles. My wrist still hurts, but not as bad, and at least it's not both wrists. I hope this bodes well for future control of my arthritis because I really need the relief!

(Now let's see if it helps my Crohn's disease and my psoriasis at all. Fingers crossed for a trifecta!)

Thats exactly how I felt after my first Humira injection. I hope it works well for you.

Stef17 - Congrats - wooooow that's fast! I was waiting a little bit after first injection of Humira for the full relief, but well well, next day? So happy for you!!!! Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I'm almost a week out and so far so good. It's helping the RA and the Crohn's! I think there *might* be slight improvement in the psoriasis, but it is REALLY hard to tell. Two out of three isn't bad. And I still have my fingers crossed for the 3rd. Now I just have to see if it lasts a whole month or wears off sooner than that.
