Pain on left side

Does anyone experience chronic neck pain w/ RA? I have had a neck ache and headache that just won't go away for about 4 days now.  I also have the entire left side of my face, ear, and neck/shoulder and mid back of neck in so much pain that I feel like screaming.  Anyone experience this w/ their RA symptoms.  My hands have been killing me too.  They hurt just to hold the steering wheel.  I do not show real swelling, but I feel the hands swollen and very very painful.  Not a good day.  TY.

I agree with Joy. Sounds as though you are flaring. Did your doc give you any prednisone to take during a flare? I have neck and shoulder pain on the right side of my neck, but it has been behaving since I have been taking 15 mg of prednisone a day for my flare. Hope you get some relief, soon. Having pain like that for four days is not pleasant!
