Okay, so along with everything I have as far as Dx's, I've also have dyslexia.
So, at this point I do get confused with DMARD's and what are not dmard's
as well as the other terms for medicines, so if I should get those confused please
excuse me, I do try very hard and re read all my postings, but I think this
is something that will be very hard for me to get straight. I'm also still very new to
RA and on my charts in my doctor office he has me classified as Seronegative
inflammatory arthritis, but told me in an office visit it's all classified as RA...
He's a good doctor but I do hate getting confused...
Is MTX a Dmard? I do know what DMARD means (disease modifing anti rhumatic drug)

I understand you very easily. I'm an elementary teacher. I figure if I can read a first grader's writing I can read anything and understand it. :)

Chartruex I can read what you are typing just fine too! Do not worry, I am sure most/all of us here get what you are saying. Also I get mixed up what r DMARDS and NSAIDS too...thats why I just put the name of the med....or try to cause some of the names are sooo big I dunno If I get it right either. lol

Hey Char, I am not dyslexic but often feel it when I'm typing! I can't believe how warped my brain becomes at times.

Never apologise, we all accept you as you for all your wonderful comments and support.

Hey I just learnt I've been mis injecting myself for the last I don't know how long.

Seems humira is sub cutaneous and that means the injections should go in at an angle. No one bothered telling me that until yesterday when I went in to the local nurse to learn how to inject my leg.

Ive always done my belly straight in, now I find out its suppose to be a 45 degree angle.

Did you know that?

Amazing what we learn.

My nurse said the mtx should go in at an angle too, but I've read both ways...
Thanks Everyone, I'm feeling a lil better...well wishes to all...
I will do my best to stay on top of learning about dmards and stuff...

I always did Humira in my belly straight on too!
