Severe swelling in Abdomen, any ideas or advice?

Hi all,
I am new to the RA forum. I've been diagnosed with RA for about 3 years. I've been on Oriencia IV, MTX, Plaquenil, Sulfasaline (sp) and others. Due to side effects from all of those, I had to discontinue each one after a short time. I am currently on the enbrel injections. Every time the Dr. starts me on a new medicine, it throws my lab counts out of whack or I have major side effects so I'm pulled off immediately.

My White cell counts have been low for the past 3 years and dropping. They go up for a short time then back down but yet I don't get "sick" as in colds, flu type things.
Recently, my thyroid levels dropped (I've gained a lot of weight) and they found two nodules, benign thankfully but am now on thyroid meds.
Anyway, now lots of other things are off including my iron and platlets low along with white cells.
My abdomen is so swollen and gets worse as the day goes on each day.
I know with such little information, there is no way to tell what could be the problem but just looking for possible answers?
The Dr. is planning to do a cat scan soon also of the abdomen.

I take one to two lasix a day for Bilateral Meniers Disease also Joy so I wouldn't think it would be fluid but it's possible.
It seems to be better in the a.m. but worse as the day goes along.

Are you on prednisone? I found I had a global gut even on low doses. It did seem worse as the day wore on. Liver problems can also cause a distended abdomen.
