If you don't want to go the drug route try bromelain for inflammation. It's pineapple enzymes
an a natural anti-inflammatory. Yucca Root is a natural steroid. Gin and Raisins REALLY works.
Take golden raisins and soak them for a week and take 9 a day. I don't like the taste or texture
so I rinse them off and take them like pills. I find if I take them at night and keep them in the
fridge they seem to work better.
The weather fronts are from the barometric pressure on the joints. I've had RA for 50 years now
and I'm 57....a long time to hurt. I've tried just about everything out there and rely on hydrocordone
for what I can't control with suppliments. I have arthritis, fibro, scolosis, sciatica, heart issues,
bone spurs, tinnitus (arthritis in ears!!), bunions, and tons of lipomas. The list goes on but these
are the major ones. With all of this the hydrocordone is the only dr med I take.
