Both feet & both hands stiff and sore?

For the last 3-4 months both of my feet are very stiff & sore when I wake in the morning or after sitting for even short times. After about 20 steps they come out of it and I can walk normally. Both of my hands are stiff and sore all the time though. I went to my PCP & he saw where I had been tested for RA with negative results and since I am not showing any swelling in my feet or hot joints he doesn't suspect RA. He started me on Mobic but after a week I am seeing no difference with any of my various problems.

I know I have osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease & fibro but whenever I search for pain & stiffness in both hand RA pops up.

Just looking for any suggestions of why it would be both starting at the same time.
