Hi, everyone! I belong to the anxiety/panic forum, but since my doc keeps adding problems that I have, I have been branching out. He is currently waiting on blood tests to rule out lupus and RA, so he can diagnose with fibro. I know I have costochondritis, my breastbone hurts/pops, very tender to touch.
He took xrays last week to look at my lower back, for what I supposed was the herniated disc that may have gotten worse. Now he's telling me that I have degenerative arthritis. I saw a chiro a couple months ago who told me that I had no degeneration yet. Eeeeekkk.... when docs disagree, what do you do? My doc also told me that I have "lost a curve" in my spinal column... whatever that means.
Right now I feel like I'm bruised all over ( no actual bruising, just feels sore), and like someone yanked a drawstring in my back and pulled it tight. Can't release this feeling of pressure thru my spine. Being treated by PT for neck muscle damage... a muscle is stretched and causing hypermobility.
Is that a normal symptom for degenerative arthritis?
Thanks.
