Denver area Dr Recommendation

 

I am new to this forum and trying to figure out where to go.  I am looking for a good Dr in the Denver area for a second opinion.  I have been dealing with pain for the past 10 years.  I have been to pain management dr’s for injections and narcotic pain meds.  I decided last year to stop the meds and only use non narcotic and injections.  It was too difficult to manage my family and job with narcotics.

I have been hospitalized multiple times with stroke like and heart attack like symptoms and seen multiple doctors.  They have ruled out heart issues, MS and Lupus  and the Rheumatologist I saw last thinks it is RA.  She did a complete ANA and prescribed Gabapentin.   It is making me eat like crazy and does not seem to be helping the pain much.

My first question is Does anyone have a suggestion on a Dr for diagnosis in the Denver area?

You need to find another doctor as soon as possible, I'm not in the Denver area, Barnes and Noble just published a magazines best doctors maybe look for that in your area. They also have the magazine for the nook if you have that.
you can try webmd, or find a doctor and do a google search on their name to look them up on healthgrades, but if your RA doctor thinks you have RA then you might need further testing, if the ANA blood work came back negative, an mri showed I had RA as all my bloodwork came back good. So keep on top of that.
