Hi Glea,
I struggle with my feet all the time. It doesn't help that I teach and am on them fo 6 hours straight at times.
I am told it is a mixture of inflammed tendon sheaths and nerve pain. My muscles have spasmed to try and control the pain from my feet so my calves hurt me too. I went to a podiatrist and got orthotics made and that has helped me the most. I still get pain and live on pain killers but I do manage with them now.
At the end of the day I have to ice them or heat them and put them up, I just have to factor that into my days.
My archilles tendon just started to add to my troubles this year, so my orthotics have now been altered to include the new problem.
I hope that your feet settle for you, I feel quite crippled at times with mine. So I can sympathise with your pain.
Golitho
