Saw the rhem yesterday, 1st time. It was awful telling her everything that's happened the last 2 years that I've been feeling bad. There was just so much to tell, People tell me it's all in my head, and if I think I feel bad I will. I just can't believe that, I know there is something very wrong with my body. the rhem is testing for ra and several other possibilities, one being parvovirus, anyone know anything about it? It's new to me and I can't find much online. Is it cure able? I've had two pos rh factors at 28. I've read where some people have rh factors in the hundreds, so what does it mean? Apparently it just checks inflammation? So could it be high from normal pain? Sorry I just need to vent, don't have anyone to talk to about this that understands. And the more I keep it in the more it scares me.

Everyone needs to vent and this is a great place to do that!
You are not a HypoChondriac at all....don't even think it, it just takes some time to get a diagnosis and once your doctor is sure then you'll have your justifications...Took me 19 years of trying to tell doctor's my feet were not swollen before I was pregnant and after they did, that alone should've had me going to an RA doctor for help...But you will get justification and it's not all in your head and stick to your guts, if your guts saying there is something wrong stay with that! Push on for your dx, I just wish it wasn't RA, but at least there are treatments for RA that can be of help...

Others will come by with more helpful advise, but it's a holiday weekend so be a little patient...again keep us posted...

Hi Don't Think it's in your head , I think most of us went thru that at one stage

my Rh Factor Varies one time 68 then another 160 and your right it can be elevated for other reasons But one Reason it Won't be up is if you are over reacting or its "in your head" sorry you can't make your Blood tests Lie

so try to avoid people that think like that

it can take time to diagnose these RA or type things so try to be patient

keep a diary write your symptoms so you can take it to your next Rheumy Visit

Thanks all, that does help. It's nice to be able to talk to others with the same issues. I recently started meloxicam, I can't believe the change, the relief. It's not gone for sure, but the pain is significantly less. I havent felt so good in over a year! It's definelty making my stomach feel very Bloated and full, but I think I prefer that to the pain. Lol still waiting on test results, I'll keep you all updated. I pray all of you find some relief, somehow. God bless
