Merry Christmas everyone

I hope you all have a blessed pain free day. I am in the tub TMI I know trying to loosen up for the kids but I hope all of you have a great day. My Christmas wish today is to be able to enjoy this day and not be a grump because of pain but to love everyone and enjoy all the blessings in my life.

We had a really good day. I woke up really stiff and sore today but after a nice long soak and some pain meds I did ok. My new sister in law bought me a heating pad for Christmas after reading about RA and I thought that was so thoughtful of her. My left knee was really swollen so I used it on that and it felt great.

We were able to spend the day with family that is close by and it was so nice. I felt really grateful for the health I do have even if it isn't always the greatest. -Don
