Is this going to plow the road to other ailments

I was in Boulder last week for work. Stayed at a buddies house like I usually do. Every evening, except the nite I took Benedril, I felt increasingly sick as the nite went on, runny nose, cough, feeling crappy. I've had this on and off over the past month, and it sure seems like allergies. I've never had allergies before, but since I know my immune system is wacked, I guess this is a possibility.

Any other similar experiences? Should I really expect to get more problems over the remainder of my life?
