New to this.. Could I have RA?

Hello everyone!! I'm new to this and I sorta feel dumb for doing this but this past year I have went through so many problems with myself!! Okay I'm only 23 years old and I'm a mommy of two. I've never had anxiety or any sort of health problems until after I had my second child last May. I had the implanon implanted in my arm for birth control and it really messed my hormones and everything all up. I started having panic attacks and they put me on antidepressants the beginning of this year. My weight has fluctuated back and forth over this past year. I went from 120 pounds to 103 within a months time and now I've gotten back up to 117. I am severely fatigued and just recently my feet started hurting really bad to where I could hardly walk. After a few days the pain was pretty much just in one foot and it started swelling on the bottom in the middle of my foot. I went to the doc Monday he mentioned RA but I've already been tested once this year due to my wrists tingling and hurting. Bloodwork come back good. He said well if it's not better in a week or two come back. Overnight it got some better but the pain shifted to my toes!.. This was yesterday and today I woke up with my hands swollen and stiff and by the end of this day I have been hurting pretty much all over my body. My feet and my lower back mainly. I noticed one thing with RA is redness of the skin I have no redness! Should I make a trip back to the dr or am I just wasting my time?! Hoping someone has had similar problems as me!

You might need to check if you're allergic to the BC. My sister had the implant in her arm, but it caused severe allergies. It was removed after a couple of months but to this day (25 yrs) she can't touch plastic without swelling and rashes.
