Ok folks, I am still in shock here ,
got all my lab work back today and oooohhhwwweeee, I think I am dead, well ok, maybe not yet.
My tryglicerides are double normal level at 700. My cholesterol is a little high also at 400, lol should be under 200. cardio CRP up there. A1C at 8.6. Should be less than 7. gee I wonder why I am having double vision all the time and can not keep my balance.
My wonderful doctor says "Something has to change, you have the 3 major factors going on for all 3 of the main causes of death.. Now why would he say a thing like that...mm I wonder.
K, here is what we are doing #1. Trygliceride diet and you should see it. Nothing but no, no, no, no...
Tricor daily, (and do not read about side effects)
Here is the kicker, I must walk everyday for exercise..how the devil am I gonna do that when I can barely hobble to my bed. Well, I have decided, I will ride my scooter down to the beach area, park and walk to the water and ride back home. At least it is a start.
So he is giving me six weeks to get it down!..What he is going to do if it is not? I don't know I was too scared of him to ask, he was to say the least "looking like a mean ol bear".
oh yeah, the diet? no sugar, candy, cakes, pies, pastry, cookies, ice creeam, red meat, syrup, jelly, yep all the goodies are gone
Must have chicken, fish or veal, 3 ozs only, lots of veggies, 1/2 cup per serving. water, water, water, and I HATE water.
Well, ok, will try to do what he says, I may or may not be around in six weeks, we shall see.
i can feel myself getting weaker as we speak from no food. What shall I do?
Oh yeah, I forgot i don't start the diet till tomorrow..forgot LOL.
The one really hard part truly is..I have to stick myself 8 times a day and test my BS untill I see him again! ouch..my fingers are throbbing already,
nitey night
