snap, crackle , pop fingers

This morning I noticed when I place my hands near my ears I can hear crackling when I open and close my hand. It's so weird .

This is all so new to me. My hands were also swollen and stiff today. A storm is coming into our area.

I have another issue with my foot, it hurts in the heel and along the side . It only feels better when I wear a support wrap on it.

I'm wondering if I should call my rheumatoid for a pred. Pack?

Hi Joy sorry you've got new joints involved I always find when I get a different joint it
hurts More, and as for the weather it is ridiculous we are literally weather balloons ive never known a disease that is So influenced by Barometric pressure the weather people don't need expensive satellites just get a few people with RA and see how they react.
I get that crunching & popping in my hands and neck its weird
if you have a good relationship with your Rheumy it never hurts to call them even if they cant do anything just the call keeps a record of how your coping
ive had such a bad time lately ive called mine and he's increased the Prednisone twice and now cant seem to get it back down every time I start lowering it I go into Full RA Crazy Pain & Fatigue , we also have weird storms at moment so that's not helping
have you tried the hot/cold with your hands? go alternately from Hot water to cold then back again & again & again , it can help with pain & swelling
