Autoimmune Disease and Bipolar Disorder

Does anyone with an autoimmune disease (RA, Lupus, Ankylosing Spondylitis or Schleroderma) also have biopolar disorder? Was the bipolar disorder diagnosed after the autoimmune disease?

I've had a undiagnosed autoimmune disease since 2009, I think. I'm beginning to wonder if I have become bipolar over the last 2-3 years.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

It appears no one on the forum has the dx or they haven't seen your thread. I have never heard of any correlation, but if you are concerned about it, certainly worth a visit to your primary care for dx. and potential tx options.
If you do have bipolar disorder, there are antidepressants that are sometimes prescribed for pain relief as well that you should NOT take. It sounds like time to see your doc.
