iritis is back!

well the left eye went all swollen and leaky again.  luckily i have a follow up appointment with the optamologist tomorrow AND the rhummy later in the day.  a true fluke to only need one day off to see both doctors. 

 

i want to ask the rhummy about things i can take for the pain besides the anti inflammatory stuff like prednisone and the methotrexate  it seems i am in constant inflammation and pain lately!  not even the peppermint baths helped me this weekend!  but my bathroom sure smells pretty!

 

what kinds of things work to take off the edge that allow for me to still work!  i know i cannot take motrin but what can i take?   any advice before mid day tues EST would be great!

hi ducky, you know i always forget to put heat on my pain i think i will try it in a bit.....maybe when i go back to the game.... give you a clue GO SABRES! i was watching the game but we let in a goal so i left~ dont want to jinx the stanley cup!
my rhummy isnt til later in the day and i hope he doesnt move my joints again to see how much pain i have.... duh?! of course it hurts when i move it, its not like he is cute and i want to just visit him!
this is newer to me so i do hope this phase of inflammation and pain passes soon. i am hopeful and positive that "this too shall pass"
