When I got my script
for Relafen last week. I was under the impression it was essentially Advil, but with the handy-ness of two large pills instead of 9-12 little ones. Well, I was wrong, and Relafen is lovely so far. I'd say it took my pain from a 7 to a 3 and I can see ankle and knee bones again!
But I got too excited and took my activity level from a 2 to a 10. Today marked the end of my stupidity. I started my day with Yoga, took a long walk, chased my son around the park, and just got back from swimming laps at the pool. Duh. I could barely walk when I got out of the pool thanks to my now nicely swollen ankles. I feel like a complete retard.
I just got so excited when I felt close to normal again. For those of you who love to exercise, can you still? And is it hard to find a balance -- enough to stay limber but not ramp up your flare?
Feeling naive . . .
