Has anyone tried cyclosporyn a for psoriatic arthritis? I tried remecade, humara, embrel arava, sulfasalazine, mtx. Inj. And I am allergic to all of them. My rheumy put me on cyclosporyn a. Starting this week , I am a little concerned of the side effects. I am getting worse instead of better I can no longer get any more shots in my knee or shoulder I cant bend my knees they hurt so bad my shoulder I cant lift. And if I bend down I have to crawl to get up im 45 a female and trying to get disability, I was denied already, im waiting for a hearing over a year already.
