hi everyone i am back from Utah and i learned one very important lesson..... i can not breathe in 8,000 ASL altitude! it was beautiful on mt snowbird at 11,000 ^^^^^^
i thought i was gonna die... for real.... the air was so thin and my lungs were dying! instead of 7 nodules i thought i had 700 nodules. plus it was like 112 * and the hotel had no airconditioning!
so i am sooooooooo happy to be home. dont get me wrong it was beautiful just not enought oxygen for me! my room mates kept waking me up in my sleep saying i had apnea and sounded like i was dying..... so much for my sleep study that said i had none? i think it was the mountain air so the last two days i slept on a patio in an adirondack chair so i could breathe.
hope everyone is doing ok..... ~*yalinda
