RA and Feltys Syndrome

Hi everyone,

My son sent me to this sight for moral support.

I was diag. with RA and Felty Syndrome in Jan 99. Been a rough few years. Lost my job, been on Metho. Enbrel, Humira and lots of steroids! AH weight gain!

Have 3 sons, 16, 11 and 23 and a wonderful husband who works 2 jobs to support us since I seem to be unemployable. ha

Does anyone have Feltys Syndrome? only 1% of RA patients have it. Would love to talk to someone who does.

Hey Cheryl! Welcome to Healing Well, I'm glad your son sent you here! I personally do not have Felty's, but I have heard of it... How are you doing with all of it? I noticed the laundry list of meds you have been on, what are you on now? It is important that you have the support of family, I am so glad that you have wonderful husband and kids to help you. Hang in there and I hope you continue to keep posting with us...

Welcome Cheryl,

We are so glade that you have joined us and you are welcome here any time.I would as well like to point out that don't be afraid to ask questions no matter how gross are how graphic they may be,because we discuss a little of every thing.

I have RA,OA,AS,crohns and Sjerens as well and i do not have Feltys syndrom but I have heard of it.I do wish I could help you with your questions but I'am sure some one will be along soon that will be able to help you.
