mtx dosage and what other biologic do you take?

I know this topic has been covered before but could everyone send me a reply containing how much methotrexate you take, whenyou take it, and it is it oral or shot. Do you take any other biologic? If so, what? And what have youy tried?

I'd really appreciate your answers. I believe there's strength in numbers. Thank you!

dee jane ... i take 20 mg, 8 pills, mtx and am decreasing prednisone right now to 5-10 mg.

i take the mtx every friday night and prednisone daily 1-2x's

it seems to be working pretty good? not perfect but way better than before

.7 ml injectable (17.5 mg equivalent I believe) once a week right before bed, Remicade (every 8 weeks, moving to every 6 weeks) and 2 mg Folic Acid daily. Formerly on Enbrel, worked great with the MTX, but it didn't do anything for my Crohn's, hence the switch to Remicade.

I have RA and was on Metho. 8 pills a week for 2 years, my doc. took me off cause of low counts, went on Enbrel, didnt work, then Humira, poss. allergy. Im only on 25 mg. pred. a day, waiting for Iowa City dr. to give me a new drug idea.
