is anybody without dx that lasts 1 year

 

hello im 9 on this board i dont have any dx that lasts 1 year nobody knows what is happend with joints. a lot of test mri my ankle joint is deformed could OA or RA?  or both ?i dont have swelling even inflammation just pain. all the joints are affected started on right knee last nov and than all the joints were affected. all tests come negative. could be RA? can teeth pockets cause arthritis?

could be Re do to my UTI is a mistery. im so scared.please help me

thank u for replay im so scared i dont know what i have if i have RA i will be terrible 

are italian? even the dentist dont know if teeth pockets cause arthritis.

i thought i have Re like u for long time but i have already joints damage so is not Re, cose Re doesnt cause joint damage. how u feel now do u take  any medicine ?

Hmm..

teeth pockets ...probably.. It is a local infection, especially if it persists for long. What the dentists say about that, shouldn't they fixed them already?

i dont take now any med cos i dont have dx if i have pain take some painkiller
ankle damage is visible with eyes on x ray is ok cos cant see soft tissue
they said is osteo but i dont think osteo in all the joints

I had a colonoscopy yesterday no problem with my intestines.
pill cam I think think they dont have here. i did also my bone density no osteoporosis. i think i have a virus from UTI than cant be healed. u know some virus are resistent to antibiotics.
on 15th i will go to infection disease dr lets see what tests should do again.
about my weight i dont have apettite i eat not so much im very depressed cos my disease started so suddenly i was so healthy and now im so sick. and i think ai have malabsorbtion too. oh good so many problemes ......im dying.
but i dont have inflammation in joints just periarticular, no swelling .maybe is a degenerative process that affect my soft tissue tendons is so strange all.
and all costs so much cos on public should wait 2 or 3 months.

I would like to thank u for encouragement today i had again flares, pain that migrates all over the body from knees , toes, ribs is scary. is like ghost in body im so afraid cos here r not so good dr like in america .
and i dont have so much money to spend on dr and tests. here on private they look on watch so if in 30 min they coulnd find out what i have is like casino should pay again and again. i payed almost 7 rheumatologists unable to find out what i have cose the tests and mri, xray dont say nothing. i dont have inflammation swelling my disease is very strange. but on fingers and toes and knees and ankle is visible the change they think is osteo ..and basta. and i know is not so...can be endocrinologic or infection in the body that is difficult to detect or such an arthritis from these 100... who knows? mine is not typical. im so scared that this would be change in RA cos i read that RA on 1 year doesnt affect the joints is periarticular .. tendons. ligaments soft tissue. oh my god!!! Marius if would be RA i couldnt handle this med. u know so well r so toxic and my stomach and body is so weak.u have exp. with sulphasalazine u know so well what r this med for RA is like conviction to death.are u italian? marius is european name..they told me to wait until i would have symptoms and positive tests for RA, imagine such a terror. to wait until my body is distroying and get positive tests for RA .i cant stand this anymore. days and nights with this ambiguity.u know Katleen Turner the famous actress when the dr founded out the dx after years she said is so calm cos now she knows what she has. she has nice website with all the story about her RA and now she is dancing on Broadway
but i cant compare my situation with her the best rheu. surgions, massagists etc. after 10 years is now almost in remission. how is the weather where u live? here is winter cold almost -16 horrible i wish to be on warm country kind regards and nice weekend here is almost midnight i think there is afternoon now. ciaooooo

i forgot u to tell that scintigraphy detected exactly the points means all the joints i have now problems. i did on april this year
the result - inflammatory degenerative process in all the jonts and arthrophaty. ................so sad.
could u understand can be both...? cos degenerative is osteo , inflammatory is RA could be both in the same time in alll my joints?but also exists also and inflammatory osteo i saw many with osteo with swollen knees.etc
god knows.........i dont have synovitys i did also ultrasound...in all the joints

Dear Iris I passed all the way you do pass now. May be not exactly the same - physiologicaly, but I could say psyhologicaly the same. I could say that only by listening to you. I can asure you that on this forum you will always be welcomed and followed closely. A big hug for you.

about your problem. I could not talk for my presumtions because I am not a doctor and I am also in doubts and not certain about many things and also the forum is not a place for diagnosing. I could only tell you that my thoughts based on my year and a half 'disease practising' that migratory pain is a sign of rheumatic problem or an infection which has also immunological based symptoms. Hope somebody else to give a comment too. BUT as I told you, rheumatic disease does not certainly mean a life time disease nor a lifetime terrible suffering. So take out of your head the ...yo know ..those thinks...bad thinks... Get them out - NOW!

about the docs in the USA, I doubt they are that perfect like you said, despite I have no personal impressions I do have impressions from the forum members telling about their docs. I personally do not approve many of the mentioned here 'american' docs. And this is our right (to all) to not be satisfied with our docs by all means, because the docs must also compete for our trusts.

Go to infectious dieases doc and call back here what's the result of them.

I'm from Sofia, Bulgaria, here the weather is also cold now, so being that cold at your area (-17C)makes me think you are somewhere in northern Italy.. hmm let me guess Milano?

I became too wondered about -17 and Italy but however I decided that it could be possible. Yes it could be possible for nortern Italy, but not for november. Well, talking about Finland -17C is a reasonable temperature now. Here is -6, -7 up to zero max. My favourite band The 69 Eyes are finnish. I like them much. No, you don't bother me even a single second, I just can't help you with the diagnosis, and I'm mad because  of it. Specifically ReA can pass for a month. ReA can last more then an year. ReA can last a lifetime if the reaction causative agent is never found and/or could not be cured (example: if it's a latent virus is the cause). ReA may go away with no logical reason and then may recurre upon re-infection, or virus re-activation...who knows (last is mine theory)....However, that is sometimes very diffucult to establish. Same is with most of the rheumatic diseases, they all have chronic remitting recurring pattern. Some people may have a single joint ache lasting for 1 month per every 10 years (I personally know such people with such inconsequent rheumatic outbreaks) and all the remaining time are completely symptom free. Others may have constant aches and subsequent joint damage. I repeat: "rheumatic disease does not necessary mean 'lifetime' suffering, so stop getting panicky, and think it as a common disease. There are many trials and research now trying to follow the infectious trace in the etiology of the rheumatic diseases. I can tell you only that 'prognosis' and 'rheumatic disease' are currently self-excluding concepts. You can wake up tomorrow with complete absence of any symtoms and to remain that healthy for your entire life, and it will not be a medical miracle ! Just these diseases are not yet understood. They are still the biggest mistery of the medicine. about the docs, yeah there are good docs everywhere, you bet on, here also. I switched 3 rheumatologists. N1 was crap, N2 was chief, not a doctor, N3 was okay I think. You just have to look for them, but I think it is better for us to stop looking for them and start living our 'previous' lifes; ) But as the old saying says 'everything has it's concrete schedule'...lol ...how funny it sounds 'translated' in english ( by me;) )....

Nope yalinda, I ment we have a saying around here, says: 'anything has its definite time to happen'. I don't know if it is international..but when you think on it it is totaly correct, because you may blow your a..s  tryin' to do something and as a result - nothing happens. by doin like that You're just going stright against your destiny. And when the scheduled time for the 'thing' to heppen come, it just happens even with  not so much effort comming from your side. Have you been having this feeling?

Takin about that the things changes, yup that's another saying...I know it.

Hey Iris, If you prevent your self from laughing because you may think that your life has finished or being afraid of getting used to your health problem (but you don't want to). Don't prevent your self from laughing  not only because you will feel (temporary) reliefed, but because the laugh cures and you will get better, not only emotionaly. And this is not a 'blah blah'. It is proven.
