I've learned about two very important skin care items. The first is Jojoba oil which, in the molecules, is actually a wax and not an oil. I have had great results using this after patting my face dry. Apparently, your body reads it as its own sebum and therefore shuts down sebum production somewhat since it thinks your face is already oily enough. I've had no side effects from using it.
Secondly, it might be worth your while to research Sea buckthorn supplements on Amazon. I've just started taking these two weeks ago and can't tell yet. I've heard it takes a couple of months, but it you read the comments almost all of them are from sjogren's sufferers.
