Hi rtljil. I often use Gas-x for bloating. If I have nausea I use a prescription medication, generic name Ondansetron (Zofran) 8mg. I've heard ginger works too, but I've never tried it. I hope you feel better soon. Love, Butterflake

After being diagnosed with Sjogrens, Three years later I developed Celiac Disease even though I had never had food allergies in my life. I also now have to take a Lactaid before any dairy products (which I never had any issues before) and I also get very bloated with soy, again no issues before. You might want to have a Gastro check you out or eliminate gluten see what happens.
