Do my symptoms sound like Sjogrens?

Hi :) I have had odd happenings over most of my life. Right now I'm being investigated for IBD - I have had a colonoscopy which was normal. The only diagnosis' I've had in my lifetime are dry eye syndrome at 15 years of age and trigeminal neuralgia at 27 or 28 years.

I suffered migraines from about 9 until age 22. Thankfully those no longer afflict me.

IBS symptoms started around 20. Severe abdominal pain started about 2 years ago. Progressively worse over the last 2 years. Lump in lower right quadrant - cause under investigation.

Chronic tonsillitis until removed at age 7.

Chronic bronchitis from about 14-19.

5 years ago - I couldn't stop coughing. I hacked all day everyday for about 2 or 3 months.

I was investigated for MS when the TN started. I also had a positive babinski reflex and a tingly left foot. Still have a numb patch on my ankle but do not have nerve issues anymore.

When under investigation for MS, it was noted that I have a widened CSF area in my sacral area. Doctor has no idea why.

Nose sores that come and go for the last 9 years.

Anything put up a red flag for Sjogrens here? Please and thank you!

I also suffer from lifelong chapped lips and horribly dry skin. But I live on the Canadian Prairie, which is what I have contributed the scale skin to for years.

I also forgot to mention, ear pain. I used to get pain that would knock me down as a child. My parents sent me to numerous doctors and a cause could never be found.

This all could be unrelated. But it could also be related. I have no clue......I'm just tired of always having something wrong and need help getting in the right direction.

Thank you for responding :) I had an eye exam yesterday bc my eyes have been so so dry and red. The eye doctor said my eyes are very dry but not bad enough to warrant investigation. She said my corneas are healthy. She said that the inflammation associated with autoimmune illness is inside the eye and that my inflammation is only on the outer eye, I'm not too sure how she explained it but that's the gist of it.
