Hi New to board just wanted to inturduce my self

I am a married mother of 3 and a grandmother of 3. I have had bibolar sence I was in my teens

but never did anything about it untill a few years ago, been a long hard road and still is.

Hi 1apple, welcome to the board.

I'm a pretty new member and I love this place. It's a place to just let go...let all your worries out and get some "great" feedback from others.

I'm on the opposite end, my husband has bp. For me, this is a great support group. Some days I have no clue which way to turn and the people on here always seem to have the right words for me.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
